On Monday, August 9, after 10 a.m., students/parents may contact
the student’s home school (the school where they tested in
Spring 2010 – not necessarily where they tested this summer) to
pick up score reports.
Home study, nonpublic and students who did not test in
the spring need to pick up score reports at the Rapides Parish
School Board Curriculum Center,
505 6th Street,
Alexandria.
For 4th and 8th grade students, paperwork
regarding promotional decisions will also be provided if the
student’s score results in promotion.
If a student will be attending a different school for the
2010-2011 school year, that paperwork must be taken to the new
school along with other documentation for the
enrollment/registration process to be completed.
It is suggested that parents contact the school of
enrollment before going to obtain information about other
required documentation as well as dates and times for
registration to take place.
For nonpublic and Home Study students, all score reports that
have not been picked up by 3:00 on August 9, will be mailed to
the address on the student application.
