 Pre-K Registration Friday April 18
Need to bring:
.Your Child (Child must be present)
-Official Birth certificate
.Social Security Card
.Immunization Card
.Proof of Residency--- Must be Utility Bill (phone, water, electricity)
Parent's Driver's
Pre-K Eligibility Must be 4 on or before September. 30 2008
Kindergarten Eligibility Must be 5 on or before September 30, 2008
