Region VI Tech Store

 

 

Participants:

*Teachers

*Administrators

*Support Personnel

 

Procedure:

  1. Participants sign up and attend workshop training at one (1) of the TLTC locations.
  2. Participate in the workshop for the designated period of time.  (Ex. – if workshop is a 2-day event, you must attend both sessions)
  3. Online courses vary from 3- 6 weeks and all requirements must be met in order to receive the tech points.
  4. At end of workshops, participants receive tech points.     

10 points – 2 hour workshop

20 points – 4 hour workshop

50 points – Special workshop (all day training)

Points Vary – Online courses

  1. These points can be redeemed for software, books, etc. on 2 designated shopping dates during the current school year.
  2. Items will be assigned points – the more expensive the item, the more points are required to purchase it. 
  3. We pay Substitutes for all INTECHS through our Grant. NO POINTS are earned for any of the INTECHS even if you don't require a substitute.
  4. No combining or giving of points among participants will be allowed.
  5. TLTC will keep track of points earned.
  6. ALL POINTS MUST BE SPENT BY THE FINAL MAY TECH STORE DAY– No carryover.
  7. EXCEPTION TO NUMBER 10: If you participate and complete any summer workshops you may carry your points over and spend them at the Tech Store in the fall.
