Objectives:  Goal E

  • To continue to develop culturally responsive special
    education classification and placement and reporting systems
    that are fair, appropriate, and non-discriminatory, that ensure
    the Least Restrictive Environments for all students and
    support Inclusive practices.

  • To better inform parents, families, communities and
    appropriate stakeholders of fair, appropriate, and nondiscriminatory classification, placement and reporting
