What is LaSIG?

For the past three years, the funding we received from LaSIG went to
support school improvement efforts for isolated schools within the
district. This year, the emphasis has shifted. The funding we
receive will be used on a district-wide basis.

The main goals include:
1.
Supporting school improvement efforts that lead
to improved student outcomes at both the
district level and the school level. Increasing
authentic family engagement and partnerships.

Improving access to professional development for
all stakeholders (educators, students, families, and community
members.)

Areas of emphasis include:
